We shifted the focus from features to outcomes. Each video addressed a specific pain point and showed the transformation clearly within the first few seconds.
Hooks were strengthened, messaging simplified, and calls-to-action made direct. The goal was simple: make the value obvious enough that trying the free version felt like a natural next step.
